Registration and Tickets
Join us for the first international Citizen Science for Health conference from Sunday 29 October until Wednesday 1, 2023 November in Enschede, the Netherlands.
The conference fee can be paid by iDeal (for Dutch people only) or by credit card/PayPal (for foreign payments). Once you have registered and paid, you will receive a receipt by e-mail. Ticket fees include 0% VAT.
Note: secure your ticket soon, as availability is limited. The deadline to purchase your ticket is Sunday 22 October, 2023, 11.59 AM, CET. After that, ticketing will be closed unless we sell out before then.

Registration Dutch speaking citizens and researchers Dutch 'Burgerdag' (Sunday) | Dutch speaking researchers or citizens interested in attending the Dutch 'Burgerdag' (Sunday) are requested to register separately for this day here Please note that registration for the Dutch ‘Burgerdag’ does not provide access to the conference program on Monday and Tuesday! what is included
'Early bird', 'Regular' and 'Student & People from Low & Middle Income Countries' tickets give access to two full days with keynote speakers, interactive, workshops, solution rooms, showcases and poster sessions, as well as networking opportunities. Also included are:
- opening keynote and welcoming drinks and refreshments on Sunday
- lunch and refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks (including drinks) on Monday and Tuesday
- conference dinner (including drinks and bus transportation) on Monday
General terms & conditions
Our General Terms & Conditions apply to the Citizen Science for Health conference organized by DesignLab - University of Twente.
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be in writing by e-mail to citizen-science@utwente.nl.
Cancellations received on or before September 30, 2023 are eligible for a full refund, minus adminstrative costs of 25 euros.
Cancellations received between October 1 and October 15, 2023 are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations received after October 15, 2023 are not eligible for a refund.
Non-arrivals will be non-refundable for any reason. However, substitute participants will be accepted at any time – a name will be required.
